Ok ive decided to make this more of an official porn blog with more free galleries and porn pics. I will also continue to write about what ive been doing in the past, but this is more of an incentive to get more viewers and get some more traffic. Not much to write about today again, been watching lots of movies latley, some good some bad. In the porno front ive got my hands on 2 gems, Sex Slaves 2 directed by my favourite director Jake Malone and Back to School Special by Fresh Films which is also worth the mention. On the documentry front, The War Tapes is brilliant, straight from the front lines in Iraq, THE WAR TAPES is the first war movie filmed by soldiers themselves... Definatly worth watching. Other movies include Hate Crime about a couple of gay guys and Slow Burn with Ray Liota is good. I have also got the first 3 seasons of Nip Tuck which i managed to snag from the net, ive only see a few eps of this but its pretty funny. Also to top it all off Jackass 2! Alucard seems to highly reccommend this so i will watch it tonight, but its only a cam so i hope i get the full effect of these dumbasses! So apart from working all ive been doing it watching shit like this, well when you have no car and no internet connection at home and live in the middle of nowhere there isnt much else to do... But all that will change soon, i am looking into a purchase of a sports car... Been looking at the MR2, Silvia, Skyline and 180 and 300SX's... Cant wait!
On the site front we are following up on may bugs and the forum has been a little slow lately... but one of the classic threads is about the split cock orgasm, truely a gem, check it out here. Thats about all today. Peace...

Ok folks, finally i have something new to talk about. Many man hours has been spent on the site so its time for you all to give feedback on the following.
- New Homepage www.hardornot.com
* Not 100% complete yet as we will be adding many more links to the HON network. But the good thing about this page will be the more clicks a certain section will get the bigger the font it will be. So for exapmle for every 1000 clicks the font will increase by 1 point so that we know which ones are popular and give it some style. This will be reset every month.
- New Gallery http://gallery.hardornot.com
* This is what takes up most of the time and server load, the gallery. Most of you are familar with it but its been revamped to look a lot better and is still being worked on. Its about 90% done and the features that go with it are about 75%.
- Free Daily Porn http://daily.hardornot.com
* One of my favourite things about this site. If you havnt been you must check it out. It is based on the gallery and shows you a wide array of images and videos based on what you want to see, you can also choose random by just refreshing the page.

| Finally some progress |

Alright i can finally see some progress being made! The upload script is about 75% done and will hopefully be launched in the begining of October if not sooner. There is a new media player in the gallery and i love it, it looks great and will look even better with the black backround we are going to have. But it is under construction so the size is being worked on in case you are wondering. Also the new icon is up and looks fuckin awesome! Currently is only works for the homepage but will work on all pages soon and right now it only works on Firefox. Plus the bugs are comming in hard as fast and they are getting fixed! Also the server is now dedicated to Hard Or Not and all other websites have been removed, plus the movies will be moved to another dedicated server within the month to help speed up the site. So things seem to be looking up...
Apart from all that crap, not much else to write about, same shit different day... Gotta get back to testing, so without further ado i bring to you...

Hey! There has been some problems with the site latley, some down time but its all for the better good. As we work on upgrading the site there will be some more downtime so dont be alarmed. As mentioned yesterday we hired a guy for a custom icon and he delivered with sweet results. I will be putting it up by the end of the week for you all to see. Unfortunatly i think it may only show in Firefox as it is animated and i dont think Opera or IE can support animated icons.
Not much else new, except i may be leaving this country by the end of the year and going back home to Australia!! cant fuckin wait! I am also comming up with ideas for new projects to spawn off of Hard Or Not like our own amateur Porn with real amateur girls, and who knows i might even make an appearence...
One other thing i heard that i should mention is quite true about having sex with young girls vs old girls. Compare them to apples. When you pick an apple of a tree you want a nice ripe, tight, juicy one. Not a bruised, old wrinkly one that has been handled by many people before you, and you certaintly dont want to pick one up from the ground... So guys next time you get picked on for fucking that underage girl, tell your friends this apple story and im sure they will understand... If any of that even made any sense.

| Slow Internet Sucks |

Hope everyone had a good weekend, i know i didnt... Not much time to say much today, i have possibly the worst fuckin internet connection on the planet. Sharing a dial up speed connection with 12 other people! Its taking me 1 hour to do a 10 minute job and since i have only a dial up connection at home it aint much better there!
I do however have some good news, that long list of bugs i was talkin bout on Friday most have been fixed and i will come up with another during the week, but thats not the news... We have hired someone to create a kick ass animated icon for HON, and it is gunna be sweet, i cant wait until its done. I gotta get back to work so you better enjoy this picture, it took me 20 mins to load up FFS!! Damn 3rd world country net connections!! ahhhh...

Damn we really need some more dedicated beta testers... I have spent the last few hours with 4 open browsers testing the shit out of the site and have come up with a list as long as my arm of shit that needs to be changed/fixed. Come on guys some help here please :( im on a freakin dial up connection which makes it even worse! Hopefully this should all be fixed over the weekend though and i will probably have another list ready... If you guys encounter a problem please post in the beta testing section of the forum so we can get it fixed.
Right now none of the videos are working, we are aware of this problem if you are wondering where all the porn went, the pics are still up and are great for a quick wank lol. Also users that are signed up start creating your albums, lots of new features going to be added with the albums. If you have noticed the previous homepage (the gallery) is now http://gallery.hardornot.com to make way for the new homepage. The file sharing and file hosting service is nearly compleated and soon to be intergrated into the Hard Or Not network, and as soon as it it we will release the full Network in all its glory. :)
I think my memory and cache is about to run out as my laptop is running like shit so its time for a reboot. So until my next post on Monday be sure to check out this crazy motherfucker! and be sure to have a good weekend. Peace!

| Flash Conversion Complete !! |

Wednesday... yay... Ok so 99% of the flash conversions of the videos have been complete, stop by the homepage and check them out. There is still no slider for the clips but that has to be custom done and will be complete soon. The new homepage is also almost finished, we have been working overtime to get it up hopefully by the weekend, and when it is complete you will see what Hard Or Not is all about, its not just a porn site but a porn network. To get a sneak preview of it check out the banner we will be using here. Also some more new features are a new footer that is being worked on, and in the comments under the picture/video there is a thumbs up/ thumbs down feature that when a post is bad and gets enough thumbs down votes it will automatically get deleted from the system. This will be the same way as users upload their own media, and might even be brought onto the forums.
In other news there has been a few Steve Irwin videos going around supposed to be the death footage but everytime i go to download it it has been removed from rapidshare, not sure if its the real one that has been leaked but i doubt it. Lots of people saying it was a fake. Just found out today that illegal drugs are at an all time low price! Better cash in drug dealers and stock up while its good. The first official debate on the forum has kicked off and i can tell once we get lots more posters this is gunna be a good section.

Been pretty fuckin busy today, Monday Sept 11th! Had no net connection over the weekend so i have to do 3 days work in 1.
The title of todays blog post is pros and cons because over the last 3 days i have samples of both. Let start with the cons shall we. This has nothing to do with the website, its about con 'artists'... I know this guy that is in his 50's and married to a girl that is 27-28, shes not that pretty but still, not a bad score for an old man. Now this guy is the biggest fucking bullshitter you will ever meet. Met him for drinks last night and as soon as he walks in the door the bullshit just drools out of his mouth, at least if your going to tell a lie, make it at least a little believable! His lie... and he was going on about it for over 30 mins... he is the one that started match.com the dating service back in 1992, they bought it off him for 2 million. Ok so thats pretty far out there for a guy that doenst know shit about the internet. According to him he pioneered this dating service on the net. So in about 30 seconds i proved him wrong since match.com wasnt started until 1998... lol
Spinning his web of bullshit he continues to blubber utter crap and all i and others can do is aggree and laugh in our heads. Moral of this story is for all you liars out there, if your going to bullshit someone, make it at least the slight bit believable and do some fucking research.
Thats the problem with living where i am, it is a heaven for con artists, scammers and all around losers on the run from the law in their own country so they come here.
Now for the pros :)
The forum is being re-worked and i have added a bunch of new sections. The main site is having a major overhaul and by the end of the month you should see a major transformation, and something new! I have also added a few more links to HON services on the right hand side. With the forum i have added our debate section where hopefully we will have weekly debates on topics voted for by the members. Its just on trial now but if it works out it should be good. Check it out sign up and vote here. I have also added a section for users to upload their nude or non nude pics of themselvs to share with the word in the forum due to a request by Into_groupsex@Denver. I just hope people use this. I have also removed Hard Or Not friends from the forum as we have our new links page, if you were listed there please add your site in our links page for free.

Alrighty, ive got a few things to write about today. I have just spent the last few hours customizing the directory and i must say it looks pretty fuckin awesome with the banner i made. Check it out here and if that doesnt work try this as we are in the process of changing the domain name from directory to links.
The homepage is starting to take shape with the addition of the new videos on the side page, which will be continued to have a makeover during the month. Thus there has been some downtime on the site and forum for short periods of time while we finish converting all the videos and finilize things. We expect this to be resolved shortly due to expanding servers and upgrading software.
Another secret i cannot tell you about just yet will set the final release oh Hard Or Not back to mid/end October while we create new features and additions. I will explain this more in detail once the site gets more complete, but i guarantee it will be fuckin cool shit! I have spent countless hours in photoshop creating the new site and when i finally get the chance to release it, you better fuckin be impressed lol...
So keep testing out the features and let us know all the bugs you have and post them in the forum so we can get them fixed and we will get this site finised before you can say 'Bin Laden is my hero...'

| New Additions to Hard Or Not |

The HON empire is growing... During the week we have been working on 2 new additions. A Hard Or Not directory that will be taking shape over the comming weeks. I am going to be working on it and updating the catagories and switching colours and styles and create a bumpin' banner for it. Also, my favourite addition to HON is going to be the Hard Or Not shop! Thats right, we are going to be setting up a shop on the site to buy sex toys, dildos, rubber pussys, lube, condoms, dvds etc. and our prices will be the most competitive on the web. HON will be the place you come to if you want this sort of stuff. We will also probably be giving discounts to current members with high reputuaion points and members that are active in our community, so sign up now and reap the benefits later.
Also another great feature which we have come up with is Porn Podcasts. Soon you will be able to watch and litsin to porn on your Ipod, now isnt that fuckign cool. We are setting this feature up over the next few weeks and will be needing beta testers with Ipods to test it out, and soon we will have the software to have our content directly on your mobile phone!
On the forum front we have been quite busy, lots of interesting threads and posts being discussed, I suggest if you are a lurker to check it out, sign up and post. Homepage is still a work in progress. We are still converting over 5000 videos to flash which isnt an easy task when first you have to convent them to avi, then flash... thats alot of processing power! But the side bar should be comming soon, its being worked on today and if you goto the homepage you can see progress is being made.
This will be my last blog post til the end of the weekend, so until then, enjoy your weekend and dont do anything trojan wouldnt do lol... which isnt much...
